★★☆☆☆ Maine shahibabad se Srinagar south ki ticket galti se book kr li or main Ghaziabad se entry krne laga tab mujhe pata chalk ki Ghaziabad se entry nhi ho sakti or na hi ticket modified ya cancel ho sakti hai joki galat hai. Delhi metro bhi ye suvida deti hai ki agar apka balance deduct ho gaya hai to aapko entry kara dete hai or Ghaziabad counter se pata kiya to undone miss guide kiya ke apka balance refund aa jayega but customer care se baat krne pr pata chalk ki koi refund nhi Milena.
