Love this monitor and app. We've been using it for 3 months now. Great connection, view, and sound from anywhere. The tracker is so helpful. I wish, however, that I could filter and sort it. Such as view only the weight data entries or only bottles, etc.

We preordered the aura, and initially we had some issues with it detecting our child and updating us with notifications in real time. When it worked well, but conditions had to perfect. Unfortunately, the camera stopped functioning, and customer service has not reached back out to us. Their customer service used to be available 24/7, and now it appears to be rare to receive a call back, let alone a response on their chat function. For the price we paid this has been beyond disappointing.

Connection problems make this baby monitor unusable! I love the monitor when it works, but the app says "Unable to connect to Aura monitor" half the time. I have a 1Gbps down and 200Mbps up so my internet should be fine... unfortunately I'm always having to walk in to check on the baby. If the connection issue gets fixed before my baby grows up, I would revise this review to a 5 star.
