I have the elements lights. Unfortunately, despite the fact that they're really good-looking products, the app and connectivity have been the most unreliable in my smart home, and I have at least 200 different smart home devices.

Worked fine for about a week, and now the app won't do anything. Totally lost connection to my lights, won't find them again, can't change or share scenes... Makes fancy expensive lights worse than useless

As soon as I try to open this app it closes and says there's a bug. I can't even use these bloody lights now.

It is incredibly difficult using this app, very non-user friendly! Nanoleaf you are driving your loyal customers away! Why do we have to create a separate Wi-Fi to access our light panels but then have to log out and log back into our preferred Wi-Fi to view/download scenes..? Why can't it not all be controlled under the one Wi-Fi? Also, if your internet shuts down at all for any reason you have to reset your lights again on the app which is already a time-consuming process.
