Generally easy to use, but today I got an error when trying to extend a rental and had to call National to extend. Got the following pop up: Error Frequent Traveler information cannot be deleted. CLOSE

Warning Do not use the app or this company they charge you prior to going to rent the car, and then they try to hit you up an additional 5 to $800 even when you pay the deposit prior to going then they will not give you the car then claimed the manager I'll call you which they never do and laugh in the background about it, they take their time refunding the money they even claimed I had thr car which was ridiculous cuz I was there at the airport talking to their employee they will always hang up

How this app has a score of 4.6, is lost on me. This app is way worse than a 1, more appropriately I would rate it as a -1. The app would not allow me to continue as a guest. It took me 10 minutes to join the "emerald club." When I did, the first thing national did was to make for a money grab. You can't pass, providing your CC information. Well, that was as far as I could get because for some reason National seemed to think my CC was no valid. Here's to not using services from National.
