Excellent for checking balance and transaction history, and for making transfers. Instant transfers between own accounts and instant mobile reloads. The occasional lapses in access have been excusable so far, but the frequency of password change is too high for tech-savvy customers who already have secure passwords and good password discipline. Really annoying to have to invent new strong passwords every fortnight or so.

Yes, the app doesn't even open. TCL 40NXTPAPER, running android 13. Lolcat shows errors for 'get icon fail! Icon name:com.ndb.mobilebanking.png', and an error with 'com.ndb.mobile banking is not allowed to show TctSplashScreen!'. I don't have an account with NDB, so I'm not expecting any support. Thanks

The app is crashing on my Honor X9a phone. Please look into it, as I'm unable to complete any transactions because of this.

The app crashed again after an update on 30 Aug 2024 and NDB bank is clueless on solving the issue!! Worst IT dept ever ! Simply a waste of time!! Don't have the guts to inform the customers even after knowing an issue exists!! Repeat DO NOT USE THIS Horrible app !
