This app doesn't work whenever I try opening the app it tells me that if I'm at the stadium cell towers are overloaded I'm just gonna wait until the season starts many it only works during the season

Tracker issues On galaxy s6 edge it won't let me do anything with tracker. Can't zoom out of Midwest and won't track my location. It's missing the fix it on the bottom as well. My location settings are on.
