I really like the system generally, but it seems to beep and make noises randomly, with no apparent meaning. Very obnoxious to put the remote on the charger. Do some user research, make more meaningful interactions.

Yes it took awhile to materialize but it's here now and works very well. Easy to setup and create recipes for controlling multiple devices. The app (Samsung S7 Android for me) is great, no issues and does a good job as a substitute for the remote. Well worth the wait as this takes the place of 3 remotes for me, and will allow me to control smart home devices as I add them. Well done NEEO team!

I wanted to like this, but so far have been very unimpressed. My background of 15+ years in the custom installation industry should mean I could quite easily get another control system up and running, and whilst the concept is pretty straightforward, in practice the system is just so buggy and laggy it's very frustrating. Creating a 'recipe' and testing it seems to work, but in practice it doesn't - most noticeably on power down where it just will NOT switch my AVR off, even though the test works every time!! Sonos control is horrible too.

Does not offer basic one click macros. Has a lot of lag and no button customization. Does not support many devices for true automation. No IR learning or Bluetooth support.

As a Kickstarter backer of this project, I am pretty disappointed with the finished product. * Very laggy, even with latest firmware. * Calling devices 'stupid' because they have no feedback as to what state they are is is pretty childish for a professional company. * Hardly any customisation of layout or of buttons. Unfortunately it is going back in its box and I shall be using my Harmony Ultimate One remote. Fast, easy to set up devices and activities, does not call devices names, lots of customisation.
