★★★★★ Please add notification feature, sent via Email and App's notification, for every transaction done by customer, so customer will be aware for any transaction done with their account, outgoing and incoming trx, if possible, it is controllable via parameter, e.g. incoming amount > IDR 100k, outgoing amount > IDR 100k, etc. It would be useful.

★★☆☆☆ The customer service is bad. Never met the customer service worse than this. Disappointing.

★★☆☆☆ The new feature sucks. I activated the login free for qris, but the new updated app always asked me to login every time I opened the app. Also, the new updated app doesn't give access to all of my photo on gallery, and it's frustrating me. The old one is way better than this. Too bad I can't give 0 star.

★★☆☆☆ Why you have relogin policy. This make my account gone. My money gone because I am forgot which number did I use for register. This is stupid policy 😭

★★☆☆☆ UI/UX experience isn't the best, it's very hard to know what & where things are located, as simple as total assets. Who would've guessed it's under Profile? If users still need to get a guidance from a person on where things are located in the app, it kinda defeats the app purpose
