I don't normally write reviews, but I emailed customer service to ask that a dark mode be added, I got a response within 5 minutes. Amazing customer service. Great app, would be 5 stars but no dark mode.

Bring biometric logins to the app. Having to sync with the banks and go through the validation process every time is a pain especially with TD. TD has very delayed 2nd factor authentication. Sometimes it takes multiple tries to get the sms. What would be ideal is if there was a push notification to notify you as you spend of your utilization percentages of your budget categories. Simplify the graphical visualizations in the form of charts. Otherwise, the app is on its way to replace mint.

I set up an account 2 days ago. I linked my bank accounts as well as my Wealth simple account. This morning, both my Wealth simple and Bank Accounts had hacking attempts on them. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP as it has compromised all of my accounts!!

You need to fix the "scroll sensitivity" ASAP. All the main GUI that have a graph (basically every page) is so big, it takes up a 2/3 of the screen, and it's always confusing my downward scroll as a side scroll. So basically every page shows a graph right in the middle, but as soon as I try to scroll down it, it sides scrolls to the next page that also has a graph, which also thinks I'm trying to scroll to the sides when trying to scroll down. It never ends, before I know it I'm 3–4 pages away.

Tried this app out in hopes that it would replace Mint, but the UX of this app is horrendous. So hard to navigate through it. Plus, after connecting my accounts, all transactions show as uncategorized, which makes the whole budgeting part useless. If they ever redesign this app, I'd try it again, but for now I'm deleting my account and the app
