I've been enjoying this game for months. Today, however, the game has been glitching all day long. I can't get past the Lucky Investor card collection. After collecting the card/ prize, it goes right back to the Lucky Investor wheel. I would appreciate any help so I can continue playing. I don't want to uninstall the game and potentially lose my game progression. I've included the pictures of the game below and where I'm stuck.

Mods and Devs are useless, they refuse to help regions who suffer 50% loss of gold due to a government disbanding. Leeds, UK has gone over 4 days without help. We've placed tickets, spoke on discord, and spoke with mods in-game. Nothing has been done. We are so far behind other players now, to the point that this month-long season is scrapped.

The game has not been loading for me over i week now, have done all the updates and uninstalled and installed and still the same.

I can't even get past the loading screen. I get stuck on the loading part where it says "check account configuration" I was on that screen for like 10 minutes (this was after I uninstalled and reinstalled it for like 100 times).
