Frost Mode keeps on heating, although it's set for 7 °C. (thank you for promptly resolving) Netatmo web homepage forces you to install a weather app! Makes no sense. (Not sure if it is the bad UI to be blamed for my bad UX, or it is me. Anyway, I see that 'Weather' is a default section where the user is sent to. The pop-up window to install the weather app is salient, that if you are not looking for it, you can not see that there is a way to switch from 'Weather' to 'Energy'.)

Cannot use the app without Internet. I want to control my heating, and nothing more. Had it been written in the description I wouldn't even have bothered installing it

App is not working, it is not showing the temperature, and can not controle it.

After application update constantly loosing connection between thermostat and relay. App only says thermostat not reachable. And after a while it becomes normal by itself.

Netatmo's valves are huge disappointment for me. I use the valves fo second season and there are always some issues with thermoregulation. Not worth money 👎

I'm backing Raymond Morris. Out of warranty, my thermostat paper ink display becomes just paper. Period. And they are lying customers 'that is an exceptional situation'. Which is not. If in doubt about my statement, a quick Internet search about Netatmo Unreadable-thermostat-screen and Netatmo AliExpress. Anybody interested in the thermostat should hold on from buying it until they sort out the ink display issues. P.S. They are on the second generation of e-ink....still same behavior...
