In the past I've had issues with some Net galley ARCs formatting poorly in Kindle or Aldiko, and so far the formatting is much better in the Net galley Shelf app. I really only have one complaint. While the app allows you to mark bookmarks it doesn't allow for highlighting or notes, which are very helpful features for writing reviews. I'll still most likely use Kindle when that's an option, but I'll continue to use this app for any books with formatting issues.

Net gallery is amazing. Great way to find ARC's ARCsth Ebook and audiobook format. This app needs some tweaks. The audiobook design will often stop playing if you aren't in Wi-Fi even if you downloaded it. It has happened twice, I tried to grant data permission and can't. For the e-book side of things, the font selection and size is notary! I am old! Let me make my font as big as my screen will allow to please. Also, read aloud is important to many of us, if we want to read but HAVE to do laundry.

I downloaded to my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra in order to play an approved audiobook. Clicked the audiobook, and it says "format not supported" with a ton of coding that doesn't make any sense unless you're a developer. Unable to play audiobooks! What now??? This will ruin my Net galley rating, not to mention I really wanted to listen to this book. Ugh get a better app, Net galley.

The app never works right. Every time I go to read a book, it either doesn't load or its starts at the beginning of the book instead of where I left off. Makes it super hard to be able to listen and review these books.
