Was five stars before update, now doesn't play Free view channels in app.

Watching live sport on "Via play" through Net gem TV box is sore on the eyes. I am fed up complaining to Net gem about the quality of service. I will complain to Ofcom since it is pathetic to charge anyone for such poor video quality at incorrect frame rates. Free view and BT Sport though, do work perfectly.

Here is what I think of netgem.tv: I'm getting more disappointed with your service by the day the app still won't connect with the box and now the box keeps existing from free view and returning bk too normal TV on top of this no-one has tryed to contact me if this carrys on I will be discontinuing my subscription and informing 3 of your lack of customer service and suggest they don't give offers that relate to netgem.tv again
