★★★★★ I love Net spend, I love you get to talk to a Human when you call them, I love you get paid 2 days early, sometimes 3 days early. They are also very helpful, if you have problems, and they won't stop until it's resolved. I've had Net spend since 2015. I'm sad to not be using them any longer as I retired, and I'm on S.S. so I thought I had to get a Bank Account, but I possibly could have had Net spend, as there's Routing # and Account #. And you can Reload the card. Lots of extra features.

★★★★★ I have been using my card over 4 years. I have never had a problem. When I did, customer service took care of very respectful. I'm going to keep using my card.

★★☆☆☆ I've had this card for 2 years had no issues unless you opt in to overdraft. They do anything and everything to make sure they get those 30 dollar fees. They'll only approve small amounts for overdrafts then charge 30 dollars for them, though you have 24 hrs to pay the overdraft to have the fee removed, they'll hold your funds until the fees applied, so they make sure to get that money. Just switched my direct deposit elsewhere, so they can't steal any more of my money! There are better options!

★★☆☆☆ Would give zero stars if I could. Useless customer service that are all outsourced to other countries and couldn't care less about resolving your issue, will repeat themselves and offer to give you the address of places that you can use cash services to deposit cash to the account. 🙄 Should you accidentally overdraft, there is A ZERO way to deposit cash at ANY ATM. Incredible design that you can WITHDRAW cash from your Skylight card at an ATM but cannot deposit cash. $30 overdraft fee. Predatory.
