Love this card it helped me out when I most neded it is San Diego teres only one hydrogen gas station but limits on cash 😕 I had to buy a gift card first one dint work at all on the pump but Net Spend did for anyone out there experiencing the same problem with use Net spend loaded up with 100 bucks and use it towards your hydrogen gas ⛽

Never used it never used it, downloaded it, but somehow people change it, I still haven't used any card of any kind from Net Spend, need new virtual card and if any card has been being used I'm not going to pay back what should have never been spent. The staff here are rude, the locked me out of my account and told me that I had no access to my money on Christmas, will leave you on hold for hours at a time and give you wrong information so that the issue is never resolved. I transferred 30 dollars to their stupid prepaid card, and they blocked me from using the card limited my access to my online account, so I can't even use my virtual card even if I wanted to because the physical card has yet to come in the mail.

I don't know what is going on with this app, but it keeps crashing on me EVERY time I enter my password or use my biometric to login. No matter what I do I can't log in to any OUTSPEND app no matter how I try or online. Even though I have a damn account. Not cool
