Stopped smoking almost 2 years ago. Hated this app as it trivializes and patronizes smokers and smoking. No, some budget snake game won't do the trick, and it'll tell you how you're feeling (you're breathing easier, you're not as anxious....). I go onto the app today to remind myself how long it's been and how much money I've saved and...it's just forgotten it all completely. Honestly someone that didn't care and hasn't smoked made this app and thought it would be similar to light dieting

It's so lame and generic. Went to a stop smoking appointment with a GP once. She constantly kept moving closer and closer to my face during the appointment. I could feel her breath on me. Germs! ☣️ Then she wanted to prescribe me nicotine lozenges I could buy for a quarter of the price in Boots. My blood sugars went really high when I quit smoking, but the NHS wouldn't test them. I had to pay for a private medical to find that out.
