I've been a Nickel client for 2+ years. Then Nickel suddenly closed my account without a single reason. When I asked to reopen it, they requested the documents. After I've sent them, they requested even more documents. After I've sent them all, they requested to send one previously sent document once again. I've re-sent it once again. It's been 2 weeks now. And they are still analyzing something.
