I want to appreciate the Hon. Minister for this amazing app, and kudos to the entire team. My wife and I used this app for our biometrics and face capturing on 14/02/25 here in the UK, and it was a smooth process.

This worked well. To my surprise, within just 10 minutes, I was done. I think the application was launched successfully in UK mid-February. The photo upload and fingerprints were uploaded easily and without hitches. You will have to pay £100 for biometrics on the app after a successful application on the website first. Please send your physical old passport over to Immigration office by post and hope to get your passport within one week. This new application is laudable. God bless Nigeria🇳🇬

Amazing app. The registration process was seamless however I hit a snag. My passport expires in 1 year, so I tried using this service for renewal, and it says I am ineligible as the service is for applicants with expired passports. I thought applicants are allowed to renew passports upto 1 year to expiration.

Nothing is working with this app. All the promises of Biometric Enrollment with the app are completely false. It doesn't recognize your payment reference and application no. Error message =Oops! Something went wrong. Failed to retrieve applicant profile.

I have been trying to provide my biometrics for the contactless passport option, but it keeps saying the service is not available in my country yet. I'm currently in the UK.
