★★★★★ So far very impressive, I don't want to check your efficiency by getting hospitalized. But confident with your executives, they are very professional and ready to clear all doubts. I am thankful to Ms. Ayesha and Mr. Syed, they were helpful all through the porting and also clearing doubts.

★★☆☆☆ Niva Bupa is a nightmare! Their agents are unprofessional, customer service is pathetic, and claims get delayed or denied with lame excuses. Once they take your money, they vanish. Their policies are full of hidden traps to cheat customers. If you ever need help, be ready for frustration and endless runarounds. Avoid this scam at all costs! Choosing Niva Bupa is the worst mistake you can make.

★★☆☆☆ Worst experience. Not recommended if you are looking for smooth transaction throughout the claim. Closing my policy.

★★☆☆☆ Niva Bupa is 3rd grade insurance company. My husband has gone through 4 surgeries in kokilaben hospital Mumbai after doctor has diagnosed him with DNS and short of breath during sleep. After the preauthorization amount of Rs5Lacs fm Niva Bupa, we relied on them and did these surgeries. Now at the time of discharge, Nive Bupa has responded that they will only pay 1lakh and rest 6.5lakh will be borne by patient. Even after doctors have submitted every little details to them, they are not responding.
