Well, I only used this app to redeem book bugs and the borrowing books system is good. Just that I hope the points can be reduced to redeem one card and the time when the points are credited can be decreased. But anyway it's a good app

A suggestion for improvement. Currently, we can view our past loans for physical books, but there are no way to see past loans for ebooks. Past loans is a very useful tool because sometimes we needed to reference or refresh what we had read. Please consider putting the feature in, thank you.

What is this nonsense? You expect me to "book" a seat at a public library through this app, yet it won't even let me create an account? Who on earth thought this was a smart system to implement? Aren't libraries supposed to be freely accessible to the public?

The app actually is quite good n has gd features 2 smoothen the whole library experience. However, before we cld even begin the borrow book experience, it is frustrating to open the app n it takes more than 2-3mins to open. The page is always loading forever. Second, the app ability to scan n borrow books is great n supposed to cut the physical Q in library. However, I have experienced in Jurong West and National Library Bugs, it is impossible to scan or borrow due 2 poor networks

Nov 2024 update: Please, on my knees begging, make a version that's just for scanning and looking up books. There's really no need for all that bloat when the NLB website exists. // May 22 update: stuck at loading page, everything takes too long
