★★★★★ It works well it was great for a year, and then I was told that I have to pay to get a vehicle starter and also track the vehicle I hate push the button on the car starter it was great on the phone, but now I have to pay for that I believe it should be free if I'm making payments on my vehicle

★★★★★ I think the app is a good app vs mailing out a personal check but every month I have to update it. It would be a lot easier if you could just go in and pay your car note like you pay for repairs at the window in the dealership.

★★☆☆☆ I cannot log in to pay my bill!! The app just loads and loads after logging in. I never make it to the payment page.

★★☆☆☆ App is WORTHLESS. It is a bunch of BS. You try to make a payment and the app won't load. So as soon as you are late, they want to tack on late fees. Just another way to get more $$$$$$$ out of people. Already paying HIGH AZZ note for a 2023 Nissan Rogue and as SOON as I get the chance to get rid of it and not have to deal with Nissan's nonsense and worthless app, I am.

★★☆☆☆ For the last several months, I'm unable to make it past the login screen on Android, I log in, and it just endlessly loads forever. I've cleared the cache, all storage data, reinstalled countless times, but no luck. As it is now, the app is completely unusable.
