★★★★★ Customer service in the app is excellent! I always get someone quickly, and they are able to resolve my requests quickly and kindly. The app is easy to use and track usage, and the widget is neat too. I can't review the quality of the data because I buy for other people, but I have some SIMs that have been going for months, so I know they're getting good use out of it. I would definitely consider Nomad for myself if I was traveling!

★★★★★ Nomad Esim worked fine, but it switched ti Airtel as local area network, it's supposed to be paired with JIO network, overall Nomad Esim worked as expected, only the drawback was it's a 4G service not in 5G service as the level of Esim network coverage

★★☆☆☆ Travelled to SE Asia, the SIM options from providers within the country were far better. Only giving 2 stars as you have to contact customer service to delete the account. Why you can't delete your account within the app is strange. They clearly try to steer you towards keeping the app instead of providing an easy way to delete it, for that reason, I've given 2 stars.

★★☆☆☆ SCAM SCAM. Nomad quickly and efficiently to my money, but that's where the service stopped. The esim will not install. I use other esim with no issue. But NOMAD will not install. BE WARNED
