Amazing app! Gives you a lot of recipes, and a great list of items to buy. You can tick one by one when you go shopping. Encourage you to do the diet by sending pictures of your meals and there is an expert person following you and always on track with your results and pieces of information! Absolutely great! Lost 4 kg very easily following the meal plan and the nutritionist Beth is great!

I used the premium version, and the dietician assigned seems to be an AI. They will show you the meal plan which you can find on the internet. I kept asking the dietician if she could customize the plan according to my needs. I only get one line responses that are not even related to what I ask. There is no way to see the credentials of the assigned dietician either. So you don't even know who the person on the other end is.

I don't typically write reviews, but the coach messaged me "give me a 5-star review" with a link. So . The app has a button for swap meals, but the grocery list doesn't update when you do so. Paying for premium I asked for no fish or seafood to the nutritionist, they asked "why do you hate fish" rather than swap my meals. I reached out to customer service, and she swapped my fish with seafood pasta? So she can swap meals but spitefully did something shed expect I'd dislike. Burnt out pre-diet

Terrible App. The company is based in Europe. The customer service is only in French. The Recipes are woefully incomplete with missing ingredients and missing methodology. When you attempt to get assistance, the representative is rude and only state it was sent to their "tech" department. The issues are extremely bad and incomplete content. Worst app for meal planning.
