I keep getting strange things in my statements, and I've had multiple cards in a short amount of time bc of this I'm actually disappointed. And I use you North star bank for my direct deposit

For a banking app, you can't do any banking. If you have automatic
payments, you can't change the dates or even the address of the payments.
It shows your transactions but not the balance like the online banking. I
find this app useless.

Crashes, Uses too much battery running in background. Very poor customer ease of use. Then the bank password policy is the worst of any app I have used in many years. I have to call the bank almost every time I try logging in because of required password changes or just not getting on the app. Just so much trouble. If you are a remote banking, mobile app, type person you should look elsewhere for your banking needs. This is not a good venu.
