I love the idea of having an app for Norwex, but it doesn't actually work well. I have to use the website.

App almost never loads. You have to uninstall and reinstall to access info. Such a shame for such a great product.

Just tried to get on app and it is not loading. States error. Did uninstall and reinstall, and it is doing the same thing!

The website and app functionality is horrible. Norwex really needs to rethink their setup for both. I think they should have 2 apps. One strictly for Consultants and one for Customers only with a link to become a Consultant. I am a Consultant and pretty Tech savvy and still confused on just placing an order for me and the customer. It's too much going on of everything. The customer experience should be very easy to use and easy for the consultant to explain. Simplicity Norwex Simplicity.
