★★☆☆☆ I tried it out, and it turned out it didn't match my needs. That's ok. However, what a nightmare to manage to delete my account... The browser version doesn't work at all on phone, and you can only delete your account using the browser version of Gotta. I haven't managed yet. So... A sticky experience - I was in there for a couple of minutes and its costing me way too much effort to move on ;)

★★☆☆☆ They don't follow Google Play standards. I got the trial, wasn't satisfied with the transcription it did. Audio wasn't great, and the transcription was terrible. I checked on Google Subscriptions, and it says if I cancel, I can still use the service until the trial expired. Except that this app removed my access immediately, so I can't even test it on more files to see if I might want pro. Needless to say, I don't feel bad. Any company that treats new customers like this is an instant red flag.

★★☆☆☆ I set up the free trial and cancelled the subscription before the free trial ended. They have proceeded with upgrading my account and have charged my card. They have not responded to any of my emails. They are thieves and can not be trusted. Refund me my money immediately!!!!
