I almost didn't install this app because of the negative reviews, but I'm glad I did. It's very quick to set up, shows all your accounts in one place, and is easy to manage. They must've fixed previous issues, as my experience has been flawless.

I absolutely love using your app to check the balances of my accounts. I was asked last year if I would like a Direct Saver account, and I filled out a form and sent it back to you. Within a month, my Direct Saver was set up, and I was able to view my different accounts on your app. I've had a stab at transferring money from my bank account to my Direct Saver via bank transfer. The only problem is that I can't transfer money from my Direct Saver to my current account at the moment.

"Somethings gone wrong. Please try again in a moment." Doesn't even get as far as letting me enter my login details before erroring. Went to the website, logged in, bought bonds. Back to the app: still not working. Total waste of time.

I believe this app has a serious bug as it keeps saying no network connection when there is a good connection, which I checked with various other apps. It comes up with this error past account verification and when about to create an account after entering a 6-digit PIN. If there is no network connection, how did it get there? I attempted 4 times, the last time by resetting my smartphone. [Later] I found out that it was a location issue as I was abroad. VPN did the trick! Disappointing though!

Pointless app, can't even log into website, keeps telling me that I used the back button when I clearly didn't then it shuts down.
