It worked fine up until about a month ago. Now I get an error message and I can't log in. Now it takes even longer to file claims. This app is truly unless.

The app worked great for the first couple years that I used it. Now when I try to submit a claim with a picture of the receipt attached it crashes the program. " The Synergy app has closed" That is very irritating. Other than this "none working problem" I would have easily given the App a 5-Star Rating. I Wish they would get this fixed. Other than that, it's a great program.

I used the app in the past (a couple of years ago), but now it is so frustrating that I'm rolling my account over.

This app is awful, you can't add receipts it shuts down. The clarity of what has been paid and what's pending is non-existent. Oh and when you try to add a prior year expense, because it's only February, and it's for December 2020..... good luck it defaults to December 2021...... this makes no sense! Use another company or go old school in 2021 because their customer service leaves much to be desired.
