The Nutmeg app has been a useful tool to support me with financial information regarding financial products that are tailored to my needs. The Nutmeg staff have been knowledgeable when I have sought reassurances regarding pensions, ISA's or the vagaries of HMRC's tax maze. Money is one of the major emotions based stressors in life and can seem rather overwhelming, thankfully nutmeg keep it simple. These people know what they are doing, thankfully.

DO NOT USE THE APP, IT IS FAR EASIER TO USE WEB INTERFACE VIA BROWSER. You cannot change your email or your linked bank account in the app. It does have a messaging system and a human responds, but they cannot do much beyond telling you to use parallel messaging system "Nut mail" instead. Which can only be accessed by painstakingly logging into Web interface via browser which is SLOW. NB. Nut mail is not user-friendly either AND outgoing messages randomly fail for no good reason. Wealthify better!

Just became aware of the acquisition by J.P. Morgan J.p. Morgan has affirmed its commitment to a country committing a genocide in the Middle East I have emailed to ask if I can divest but got a vague answer, practically saying no After being a nutmeg customer for three years, I had to close my account I can't in good conscience continue with this company

This is the second time the app has let me down. Once I've logged on it now showing the page that says it's still setting up registration. The account has been live for months. I've emailed twice had one basic reply telling me to check my login details! Really. I've also logged it as an issue with their chat live still no joy. Not good at customer service
