This app is a pain to add a debit card. It takes you to a browser, and then when I want to add a debit card, it asks for the pinless number. I added the debit card number and the nickname, but it never goes through. So, I had to add it as a credit card. Another thing to mention is that there is no way to remove an old payment method. Everything is all confusing. 11/29/24 update: I'm glad there is an easy way to add and remove a payment method within the app now.

I tried to use the app to schedule a payment for 5 days before the due date. It confirmed the payment and it said processing. At the time of payment it rejected the payment, which was their internal error, and they didn't notify me. It would be a nice app if the billing department had a system that was functional. If you use the payment system do not try to schedule a payment for any future date. This is a good app to use for information about outages.

Your billed will rarely be posted, you can't submit a payment if there is no bill present, you are better off calling the company themselves. Several times I have had months of no bills then slapped with a bill ranging from $1200- $4000 (my average bill is roughly $200) and told that I need to pay up or be shut down. Be very careful.

The app is fine .....but NYSE is the worst company that I currently have to deal with on a regular basis......by far the worst thing is their inadequacy to keep an accurate account of what they charge you. And their customer service is time walled behind 30 minutes of computer pasta.....and to top it all off the money you spend doesn't go to New York at all.......from top to bottom it is a very hateful company to deal with
