The camera has very good quality I only bought one for a test run and I most tell you I already have 4 more in my cart to my only issue is that the app keeps crashing when am I doing my playback videos I think It may have a bug please to look into this matter for me

Only have them for a week ... guess for app only & setup (Good cameras) Easy setup - much voice guided Decent instructions but not all screen symbols are self-explanatory Confused about device 'sharing' setup/requirements Great 'SD card review' setup These I do not know if app or camera * Too sensitive to 'motion' as it works of image changes ... can't block out triggers from car headlights or sun motion/reflection * Pan Tilt presets self change, may not return exactly

Absolutely shocking app. Very hit n miss, 95% a total miss. Don't waste your time buying anything, cameras, etc., that use this app to connect as you're going to be very disappointed. Edit: the cameras are disgraceful. In no way do they have an extended or even a decent battery life. All on most power saving options available; Cam 1= 3 days battery life, 6 hours charge time. Cam 2= 15 hours battery life, 10 hours charge time. Cam 3 &4 = 8hrs battery life, 8 hrs charge times. Bin time = permanently

Like others have said, a recent update incorporated scammy ads like "your device has a virus." The app has also started crashing frequently and constantly nags about buying the cloud upgrade. The camera (Hawk Ray) itself isn't awful, but the motion detection doesn't work well. During the summer I can probably keep it on constant recording but during the winter, when I have to conserve battery, it misses too many events. Support was responsive, but their recommendation didn't help.
