App is working and this is useful but its should be priority booking and I had to wait 25 min just for 2-min drive, so I'd been late to school...also have to use location to write my address (which no doesn't egoist on my street) instead of manually. But great that it shows you location of your taxi and price you will pay for the fair.

Shocking. Pre-book a taxi every night for the next morning for work, and still never turns up on time and I end up late for work! There's no 'priority booking' with the app at all!

Do not trust this cab company! They give you a quote, just like uber, but then inform you once you are in the cab this is only a 'rough estimate'. Shockingly, the rough estimate is never lower than the price quoted, and is in fact more expensive than uber. I've given them the benefit of the doubt over around 6 months, but the quote is frequently around 5 pounds lower than the actual charge for my journey from the edge of Kirklees to Leeds City center. Just get an uber.

You pre-book, and they just accept and cancel and then don't turn up. Ring them to be told they are too busy. Don't waste time and use more reliable taxi firms.
