★★★★★ Probably the best experience I've had with an energy company. If I do have a problem or a query. It gets answered and resolved sympathetically and quickly. I like the easy to understand online format to know where I stand financially 24/7. I recommend other companies take a leaf out of Octopus customer service over cheap service and trickery

★★★★★ I've been with Octopus for many years and wouldn't be with any other energy provider. Customer service is always excellent, I can submit a meter reading every week to monitor my usage accurately and their tariffs are competitive.

★★☆☆☆ Update 28 Jan 1515 another power cut ongoing Update Power cut 7 Nov 0417-1835 I pay a standing charge to you Would be nice if the cost was not estimated. Does that mean my bill is estimated? Surely with the information you have, this should not be estimated. You know the standing charge and vat. Don't need to be a rocket scientist. Is this the dark ages or what? Your my energy supplier there should be no estimates.

★★☆☆☆ I had a notification that I needed to disconnect/reconnect my Zappi charger before the end of February. I followed the instruction to disconnect but when going through the reconnect instructions I noticed that I could also connect to my heat pump. I completed the Zappi reconnect instructions and started the process of connecting my heat pump, but the option was gone. I could only connect to an Octopus device via the QR scanner. Seems I can only connect my charger OR heat pump.

★★☆☆☆ Why can you no longer give meter readings through the app? Ridiculous called twice systems down, and I end up billed for usage I haven't used.

★★☆☆☆ The spin app is rubbish, it's pointless because the least u can win on it is 0 or £1. There are times I don't spin then it will say I spin already
