Great app. This app is specifically for integrating smart tech with Octopus or for those on a 'fan club', it will not show you your normal account info and needs to be linked to your main account. Once linked and activated by Octopus it gives a wealth of information regarding your smart tech. Good to see the refresh issue has been fixed!

Signed up for this so that I could get Alexa to show current electric prices on the screen of my Amazon Alexa Show. It shows a beautiful graph of prices. The only gripe I had was when I was trying to set up a new password for the labs app it seemed very picky of the acceptable symbols (for example ':', '#' or '€' were all rejected). Finding my account number and generating a unique API code was straightforward on the Octopus energy account page. Followed by finding and adding the skill on Alexa.

Tried logging in with Octopus account credentials but found needed new log in which is not clear. Had to generate a couple of API keys to start set up, then slow to update details. Unable to configure dashboard, presented with message "You don't have permission to access this API OK". 19-Jan still waiting on a response.....

I call SCAM!!!! I don't believe this is anything to do with octopus energy. As soon as I tried to log in using my octopus energy credentials, I immediately started getting spam in my email inbox, which I've avoided for years by being carful who I give my "real" email address to. Needless to say I wasn't able to log in because you have to sign up specifically to this, but it's mimicking the octopus sign in page in every way and even lists octopus energy in their contact info! Password changed.

Fails to load Android version on Moto. Hangs on logo page. Uninstalled then reinstalled. Now can log in but dashboard and scheduler tabs not present only graphs and account details tabs.
