I was with this bank for years prior to going to jail in 2022. For four months they drained my account and then closed it for a negative $65. They promised to refund me the $2600 taken from my account by me opening another account. I opened another account, and they started to drain it for thousands of dollars and when I confronted them about it, they closed the account saying I owed them the money. You all never repaid the $2600 to ssa, and they are taking it from me every month. I do not owe you

New update will not sync accounts. Now I can log into it, but it's not showing any accounts. Saying sync failed.

It has not stopped crashing, or it continues to say sync failure. Making it impossible to see your transactions.

Horrible! This banking app is terrible! Logs me out consistently I somehow got denied for mobile check depost not happy with old hickory whatsoever in general would not recommend. ATM is out of date they are not helpful at my branch location and have super long hold times!
