★★☆☆☆ The insurer service via this app is incomplete. Ohra debits its customers without preannouncing this in this app. The preannouncing is done via an old-fashioned portal on the web. This is confusing for customers. I spoke to OHRA as they contacted me and the matter is sorted! Reaching out to loyal customers is key 🗝️.
