I absolutely Love shopping at Old Navy! The Whittier Whittwood Location is my favorite store. I always find clothes that I didn't even know I was looking for. Their selection of active wear and clothes in general make my wardrobe look like I spent much more than I actually did! If you are looking for very stylish clothes at an unbelievable price, you must shop at the Old Navy at the Whittier Whittwood location 😀!

App is always lagging and when you try to back out of a specific item, it brings you back to the top of search results. Also, not necessarily related to the app, but I'm constantly being sent the wrong items. I just ordered a jacket in "earthen" color, and they sent it to me in navy blue. Trying to contact customer service is difficult, and you have to submit a claim of you want a refund. Annoying process, I just end up eating the loss and donating the wrong items.
