The lap swim booking experience is miserable. There's no way to view a multi-day calendar of all open appts, which is how I used mind body. In this app, I have to manually click on every single day to see a list view, and then click into every specific time slot to figure out what lane it's for. When there's 20+appt times available, this means I have to scroll down the page (scrolling through calendar data is UX nono 101). Did OAC do zero user research or testing before releasing this?
