Useless app when the subscription is from another provider, but electricity is delivered via Helen network. The app shows nothing but the contact details. To compare, both older Flash-based Sävel Plus and newer Sävel Mobile show consumption figures and more.

Can't log in for two days. Saw in the reviews that this is a common error. What a shame. Is anyone from Helen going to fix this? Now, 15.8, there hasn't been any update since 11.8 on own energy consumption. Is this App working?

It's been almost a month my contract is signed and, I don't see my contract details in the app. I tried to call customer care (selecting th IVR option of English) and customer officer couldn't speak english and told me someone will call me and of course no one called.
