Edit: problem resolved with instructions from response below. There is an opportunity to improve in app instructions maybe... Original review: Works okay, if I use a separate phone to sign in. But if I try to sign in on just one phone, I get to the bank auth, I go to bank app to input my code, come back to Mehiläinen, and it is back to beginning asking me to choose which bank to use again. Can't run banking apps in split screen. How does someone without an extra phone log in?

Edit: After error correction, the app seems now to be working as should. If possible would give +1 star for fast response to technical error and actual reply to rating comments about the fix Original: Fails at the very basic, able to even open the app. Digiclinic causes crash which in turn causes the whole app crash and loop the login

Not sure if it's Mehilainen or Akita, but when I put credit card details in, and it goes to secure page to confirm it, it keeps giving "tapahtui virhe" error and aborting. I'm trying to renew a prescription, so obviously I can't do that because it costs €30 and needs a credit card stored, which I am unable to do. I just emailed my doctor instead. Hard work dealing with Mehilainen, I use Terveystalo for most stuff now.

Can't even signs in. After using the strong identification through bank credentials successfully (not closing the Mehiläinen app mind you) and returning to the app, its like nothing happened. No notification of failed identification or anything. Just the same view with button to sign in. Please fix. Using Android version 13

Borderline criminal. If you do one wrong click, you book a private instead of occupational healthcare visit without any notification or information about the costs. You then just get 2 weeks later a bill over €160.
