The app don't like to update where people are at. No matter how many times you hit the refresh button the app refunds to update the location of people. The app works fine but the updating location needs to be fixed

Love this app. Guardian has saved me more times than I can count with unlimited tows. My car broke down and the towing to the repair shop and back home would've been a huge headache but not with Guardian. You schedule the whole thing right inside the app. The best part! It only costs me $13.00/month!!!

So if you're out there car broken down as it happens from time to time or even often (more like me), then this is the answer to your problem... I've had AAA...life 360....and even paid to play like the useless carmakers support and roadside assistance. I was able to get towed couple of weeks back yhe same damn day not a week. I've actually got towed 2 more times since and who knows how many more but sofar so good I don't own a Chevy!

Absolute joke of an app and customer support. App works slower than dial up internet and Onstar has not been able to get my online services working for over 3 weeks. Now they claim there is no record (I have over 6 hrs of phone logs to prove otherwise). Tech support agents are NOT qualified.
