Recently been receiving packages through OnTrac, 1st delivery took 7hrs to go 45 minutes from where I live. Was upset. But since they know where I am located, all my packages are delivered promptly. I hope they become as reliable as UPS and FedEx. Thank you OnTrac

Does anybody know why I keep getting 'error taking picture' message when I try to snap a pic of the delivered package?? All my permissions are granted, my camera works. I can't get it to take pics...? It scans fine but can't take Pic of package when I deliver it!

Needs batch scanning for Out for Delivery mode. Or make app compatible with aftermarket mini laser scanner. Having to hit Scan button on phone for every OD scan is torture. App works great otherwise.

This app is for the delivery contractors, not for the consumer. The activation code will come from an ontrac supervisor. This should be titled "non consumer app" so not to be confused with a consumer app. Not surprising ontrac doesn't have a consumer app, goes well with the poor service from their contractors. Delivery to wrong address, damaged deliveries, packages left in the street, and on one occasion, package was thrown out of the car window as they drove past the driveway!!! Worst ever co.

I don't understand how you could be a big company and still have unfinished horrible app. Please fix it for front liners!!
