This is a good app that I have been using for while. It is generally stable. Support is a bit tricky, the support forum doesn't appear to have been updated for years. I was unsuccessful registering and getting activation emails. The Android version needs the ability to delete chart files. You can't do this through the Android file browser any more unless your device is rooted. I downloaded unneeded Motiles and can't delete them. They are large. Only option appears to be uninstalling.

There is a bug in the latest version, OpenVPN doesn't see .GPX files in the /downloads folder. The workaround is to rename the .GPX file to .JPG, and then it will see and import the file properly.

Geez! The android version is just for uber geeks... It does not work out at the box. Before you can download any charts whatsoever you have to manipulate files with a certain files' manager to circumvent Android security. The process you need to follow is not written out step by step anywhere for Android 14 and what little I've learned in the past two hours of researching and trying just plain hurts my brain... I deleted 2 hours after downloading!

Does okay as a standalone chart plotter but cannot import GPX files where all other Android chart plotters have no issue. I use OpenVPN on my computer to create my routes and then import them into Aqua Map.

I use OpenVPN on Windows, it works great. Cannot find the oeSENC plugin on play store to download charts though. App is no use without charts!
