Solid 4.5/5 The Good: Quick virtual phone number. Good AI assistant to help you troubleshoot. Great Customer service. Pick any numberπ to call/text US/Canada The Bad: Can't register phone number with US cell carriers unless you have an active US # and current addressπ The Ugly: No Refund on payments once charged (depending on circumstances)π Limited functions on app. Unable to make adjustments to Billing/Registering phone # (must do at Computer or on the website)

Open Phone is awesome! I can use it anywhere in the world, from my phone or my computer. I love the flexibility it gives me as a business owner.

I rely on this app because my phone number is tied to it. But it is not a good app. Constantly problems. Sometimes calls work, sometimes they don't. The app is slow and laggy. Find a better alternative before you are stuck with it

The phone service itself works great, but the app is lacking in some simple features. There is no way to set your voicemail though the mobile app. You have to log in through a desktop browser to set up your voicemail message. That makes no sense & is super annoying, why can't you access voicemail settings through the mobile app?!! Also, a missed call and voicemail completely disappeared from the app and I had to log in through a computer to see the missed call number and voicemail. Makes no sense.

Been using them for 2 years for my business, and it's been super buggy the entire time. Nothing is ever fully fixed. I am constantly missing important text messages because they literally will not "exist" in the app until a day later and with no notification of their existence. Entire message threads will disappear from the app, but still be visible on desktop. I'm currently figuring out another solution to using this service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. NOT RELIABLE FOR BUSINESS.
