Happy with the app. So much better than having to deal with my ISP. There's only one issue I have with it. If I run a line test and an issue is detected, it takes a long time to reflect that there is a fault in the line. Perhaps add another status to indicate that a ticket as been generated - "fault detected in line test" or something similar.

Wish there was zero-star rating. Terrible app with a terrible bot that's useless. Any issues you have they'll tell you to contact the ISP, and they will tell you to contact Open serve. It's a never ending nightmare. Terrible service.

The most useless app. Can't log faults. Their chatbot is useless. If you test your connection using your phone to log a fault and there's a problem with your internet you are on mobile data, which it uses to test your fiber connection, how exactly is it testing to see if the lines working? Why is there no simple way to just contact open serve to say "hey idiots my stuffs not working?"

Pointless App does not track faults and unable to test Wi-Fi connection unless there is a connection. Using mobile data tests the mobile line which again pointless.

Made order 2 days ago doesn't show it on the app. Although the service is on the app. New order made does not recognize the order number and I don't see it on the app. Please see if you can bug fix. Might be nice if app told you an order had been canceled too seeing that no one finds it important to inform the customer when the new order is in a disconnection. If I haven't followed up had found myself without service with no service to replace it 😢😭😬😜
