Total rubbish impossible to install. I called on the phone for tech support at 4pm and no one would pick up the phone. I left a call back almost an hour later and no one has returned my call. Difficult to use I am going to have the Buick dealership uninstall the device and throw it in the garbage.

Connecting is difficult. Once you get in, it kicks you out and says Wi-Fi is timed out.

You can do your basics, can't turn off rear camera security LED, difficult trying to connect to the cloud to upload video to the cloud. So you have to take micro SD Card or download direct to you phone. App doesn't have landscape view
