DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH ORANGE! I waited a week for my fiber connection to be installed after the initial booking. The engineer did not wait to see if it was working. He fitted the line and then left. I called him later that day to say the line was not working, and he told me it was not his problem. I still have no Internet connection, and Orange just told me I need to wait another 8 days for someone else to call me to try to fix the problem.
