It has been easy recording my activities. However, my actual record time isn't being calculated properly. For example;In my skill section I had recorded about 5 hours of me working on my skill (Creative Writing) but only 3 hours was calculated on the app.So is it that we aren't to record more than an hour per week for each section? Also, a friend of mine is finding it hard to upload her work. She's unable to post her pictures. She's into bakery and confectioneries.

It says you can change your assessor details. I've tried In the app and the website, and I wasn't able to. Because of this, I might not even get my Award because I had accidentally put the wrong Gmail address. Now I feel hopeless and if I don't fix it. I don't get my award that I paid for. It's horrendous

I have had lots of problems uploading photos in the app. Similar to another review, it says the app doesn't have permission to upload photos even though there are no app restrictions and all permissions are granted. Please help me with this - it is very frustrating, especially considering I was delayed in registering by an issue created by my award leader and time is of the essence...
