New chargers are NOT added to the app very quickly. The chargers are great, but the app is quite poor.

To quote from Ofgem "Energy Price Guarantee from 1 October 2022 - Electricity £0.34 per kWh" Osprey Charging keep it "simple" at £1.00 per kWh. That's a lot of profit, even taking into account a contribution to the charging infrastructure. It's cheaper to drive my hybrid car and charge the battery burning petrol than charge with this company.

Disappointing, app failed to initiate charging. Had to use contactless card at more expensive rate. Tried again still the same, please sort.

The app just brings you to a loop if you try to log in with Google. You try login with Google, and it just brings you to the Google Play Store to download the app even though it's already downloaded

Tried twice to connect at Colchester. App won't connect. Charging station does not connect to mazda mx30. Type 2 connection. Very frustrating!
