Worst possible medicine app. After I have uploaded my prescription of 2022, they respended after almost 24 hrs that they need prescription. After I insisted on searching the same WhatsApp they could find it, and then they said they can't provide me medicine as it is old prescription. Holy cow! Service is worse. I have paid advance for some medicines and for urgent delivery. Got a phone call and m told - ei product ta available na. if something isn't available, why are you taking payment for this? Urgent delivery possible na, at least 3–4 hours lag be, so why did you take payment for urgent delivery? And then the agent cancelled my order as I need it urgently. It wouldn't happen for sure if I selected cash on delivery. Advance pay korle toh tk peyei geche ekhn delivery na dilei ba ki!
